## Description

Mini-competition under ESPO 985\_19 Lots 1 & 3 for the various OH functions under an overarching contract for a managed Framework Service Provider\. The Authority wish to continue to derive benefits by continuing to amalgamate these services with 1 supplier\. This requirement will not be split into individual Lots and the intention is to award any resulting contract to a single service provider\.
