The services required are to support Procurement deliver activities in four critical areas: - Develop Procurement Strategies that drive business value and delivers Highways England Imperatives\. - Work with Highways England stakeholders in a time driven environment to develop and assure a set of commercial costing and evaluation models that complement and comply with EU/ PCR2015 regulations based on NEC 3/4 model documents tailored to meet business needs\. - Manage the commercial evaluation of tenders to marketplace to evaluate, select and award contracts\. - Manage existing frameworks to deliver task order activity for business need\.
