CIVIC CENTRE 1 - FIRE REMEDIAL WORKS

Description

Construction of 2 external fire escape staircases to main building. Works comprise shell works only to include excavation for foundations, drainage works, laying a foundation, laying a concrete ground floor, building walls to create the stairwell envelopes, roofing in a felt flat roof. Internal works comprise stair and landing in reinforced/steel concrete units. Installation of entrance screens and windows, Internal finishes comprising ceiling works, plastered walls and vinyl floors. Works to include mechanical and electrical service to provide heating, light, power and fire safety by main contractor.
