Description

The Adaptations Team carry out adaptations for the residents of Harrow when a referral and Occupational Therapy recommendation has been made following an assessment. The assessment will determine the needs for the property to be adapted to meet the needs of the disabled person. The referral is allocated to a surveyor who with the Occupational Therapist will then pass the proposed adaptations to the potential successful tenderer, who will then carry out the works.
