Consultancy for the provision of a Pivot to Wellness and Masterplan Development Report for Howe Bridge Leisure Centre & Robin Park Leisure Centre The Council wishes to commission consultants to produce a masterplan report for each site with design development to an equivalent of RIBA stage 1. The identified investments are to be prioritised, set out in a phasing strategy informed by an effective means of delivery, and quantified to support the development of the business case and future funding applications. A fixed maximum level of financial resource is noted in the tender documents
