The equipment needs to be computer controlled with an easy to use user interface. The application software must be compatible with a windows operating system (currently windows 10), in addition the software should be adaptable to future operating systems with available updates over the coming years (a short statement on this is welcomed).

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
