Tower Hamlets Council is seeking to procure for Domestic Violence Accommodation for Asian women in Tower Hamlets
LB Tower Hamlets currently commission two refuges that provide emergency and short-term accommodation for women and their children with a range of support needs, who are at risk of or actively fleeing domestic violence.
