## Description

Homes England is seeking to appoint a Monitoring Surveying \(MS\) firm from its \\r Multidisciplinary Panel\. The appointed Surveyor's role will include providing an Initial \\r Report and ongoing Monthly Monitoring Reports of the works in respect of the loan \\r investment under LUHBF for a development site OF 11 flats in Impington, \\r Cambridgeshire\. All work will be instructed under the terms of the Development and \\r Regeneration Technical Services \(DaRTS\) Framework 18/04/2023 - 17/04/2027
