Description

HS2 Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced organisations, with the capability of delivering a Two-Stage Design and Build Contract in a challenging and multi-stakeholder and dynamic urban environment. The successful Two-Stage Design and Build Contractor will be incentivised under the Design and Build Contract to deliver Birmingham Curzon Street Station within budget and programme, including the design, construction, commissioning and handover into service of the station and associated Works and services whilst complying with all constraints and undertakings and working collaboratively with Others and Third Party Stakeholders. HS2 Ltd intends to award a Contract in accordance with the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 ('UCR 2016') using the negotiated procedure with prior call for competition pursuant to UCR 2016, reg. 47
