The supplier will provide consultancy support to: Lead the delivery of the Minimum Viable Solution (MVS) 2.0 Shared Record Programme; Project manage and deliver business change for the Yorkshire and Humber Care Record (YHCR) in the Humber region; Support the delivery of Electronic Palliative Care Coordination System (EPaCCS); and Ensure delivery of highly specialised training across the NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB footprint.
