## Description

Following a recommendation from a National Fire Chiefs Council and Local Government Agency Peer review, Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service \(CFRS\) would like to commission an independent assessment of risk in Cornwall to determine the level of CFRS operational resources required to meet this risk\. The report recommendation stated for CFRS to "Consider engaging external, specialist support to build a strong evidence base to inform key decisions -looking at crewing models in particular"\. Phases 1-3 only\.
