## Description

The Authority undertakes and commissions a range of social and behavioural research across transport modes, including rail1\. Discrete qualitative research projects, including quick turnaround projects, are part of this wider programme\. The call-off contract must enable primary research to be carried out with a wide variety of groups, using a range of media \(including face to face, online and telephone\)\. Primarily this will involve research with both the general public and rail users \(including sub-groups of rail users\), but it may also involve research with rail industry stakeholders and professionals in other industries etc Additional information: Award Letter - Redacted
