Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to appoint a Developer to bring forward Plot 1 and 2 of the Seam Phase 1 Digital Campus development for residential accommodation. This procurement will be run as a competitive procedure with negotiation, with this being the first stage, the selection questionnaire.
Plot 1 and 2 opportunity specifically is worth £18m to £29m depending on the mix of the development proposed
