\* \* \* THIS CONTRACT WILL NOT BE AWARDED \* \* \* Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council \(the Council\) is looking to appoint a Developer to bring forward Plot 1 and 2 of the Seam Phase 1 Digital Campus development for residential accommodation\. This procurement will be run as a competitive procedure with negotiation, with this being the first stage, the selection questionnaire\. Plot 1 and 2 opportunity specifically is worth £18m to £29m depending on the mix of the development proposed
