## Description

The Foundation aims to develop a framework, resources and a CPD programme to support the FE workforce with the introduction of the new qualifications\. The workforce support programme will support all aspects of the introduction of newly reformed Functional Skills with particular focus on the introduction of phonics teaching to adults, now part of the Entry Level English Functional Skills qualifications\.
