## Description

Historic England is seeking to appoint an experienced social research consultancy to implement two attitudinal surveys of local residents as part of its evaluation of the High Street Heritage Action Zone programme\. The first survey will be implemented in early 2021 to gather a baseline measure of residents' attitudes to their high street, as well as levels of social capital, community cohesion and civic engagement\.
