Support the longer term development requirements to consolidate technologies onto a single cloud based architecture to give the flexibility to flex up or down to meet pandemic/PHE requirements and to provide a solid IT service management structure that will ensure that all T&T systems can be monitored and measured to enable the best system deployment to be achieved
