GMCA 1079 Consultancy (places for everyone)

Description

GMCA would like to commission a set of user-friendly guidance documents to support the implementation of Places for Everyone (PfE) policies JP-S2, JP-S3 and the TANZ net zero standard. Stakeholder engagement and a literature review have informed the desired content and approach. The objective is to provide clear and concise guidance tailored to the diverse needs of different stakeholders involved in the planning and development process, and make the process as streamlined as possible • There is no previous provision • There is no procurement requirement The supplier will be responsible for producing the following key outputs: 1. Overall methodology 2. Energy statements 3. Approved compliance routes 4. Compliance checklists Page 2 of 3 5. Design considerations 6. Heat networks
