Work description
Construction work. Demolition of existing garages and subsequent design and build of up to 12 new dwellings across 3 sites. The sites are located at Newton Road, Beaufort Road and Kingsmead Avenue, Cheltenham. All sites are owned by Cheltenham Borough Council.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
