UK Emission Trading Scheme (UK ETS) Registry and Permitting, Monitoring and Reporting, Verification (PMRV) Service integration and Management SIAM

Description

The appointed SIAM service provider will be required to: establish the management and support arrangements for the Registry and PMRV services. This will involve a 3-month project to understand the Registry application and its technical environment; to agree and document service policies; and to implement technical measures to manage the service. provide ongoing management and support services for the live Registry and PMRV. This includes help-desk (1st & 2nd-level support), monitoring the availability of live services and associated service levels, managing information security, executing business continuity/disaster recovery and other routine procedures, managing cloud environments and technical change, and providing service management reports.
