## Description

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council \("the Council"\) is establishing a Provider list, using a Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\), of organisations who are able to provide high quality accommodation and support for Care Leavers\. This Dynamic Purchasing System enables Commissioners to procure a sufficient number of Providers who can provide accommodation and support for care leavers\. Providers may be invited to tender for contracts for the following accommodation and support for care leavers: • Single-unit 'Low Profile' Support and Accommodation \(24 hour support with on-site sleep-in provision\) for Care Leavers \(aged 16-18\) • Shared 'Low Profile' Support and Accommodation \(24 hour support with on-site sleep-in provision for Care Leavers \(aged 16-18\) • 'Complex' Support and Accommodation \(24 hour support with on-site sleep-in support plus additional 1:1 key-working support based on need\) for Care Leavers \(aged 16-18\) • Accommodation and Support for over 18's \(accommodation plus visiting support\)
