## Description

A 2 year G Cloud 14 contract \(with an initial Statement of Work \(SOW\)\) for a professional services specialist supplier to deliver activities designed to instigate high quality service improvements for citizens and help colleagues deliver and operate more efficiently\. Maximum TCV is £6m - uncommitted spend\. Additional individual "SOW's" may be introduced under the overarching Call-Off Contract\. Each SOW will be subject to individual governance approval\.
