Price Cap - Wholesale Adjustments

This requirement is for a team to work on the default tariff cap - specifically to assist in the determination whether any adjustment is required to the cap as a result of the current energy price hike, and if so, what form/level it should take. This work will feed into a decision at the start of February 2022.
