GB-London: User Research Programme

This Contract covers the setting up of a framework agreement to undertake on-going research projects on the use of the IWM website.

It is IWM's intention to appoint one research partner onto the framework which will consist of a series of 3 user research activities to be undertaken by 30 November 2018, and to undertake further series of research projects over the duration of the Contract. It is envisaged that the same number of research projects will be undertaken in each year of the Contract, with the same overall budget allocation as per the projects list in section 5, although this is subject to alteration, and IWM makes no commitment on its on-going project programme.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
