## Description

The objectives of the task are: - Provide technical assurance, project management, requirements definition, testing and contract management support to the ESDAL project team\. - Reduce the risk to National Highways in the operational relationship with the ESDAL supplier\. - Provide technical assurance to the project manager in technical dealings with the ESDAL supplier\. - Provide technical challenge to the ESDAL supplier in development processes, system developments and testing\. - Provide a smooth transition from the current system to the newly developed system to meet the requirements of the business case\.
