## Description

City of Wolverhampton Council \(the Council\) is seeking to appoint a Provider, to deliver efficient, competent high-quality enforcement services\. The successful Provider will deliver enforcement of; • Penalty Charge Notices, typically for Parking, CCTV vehicle related contraventions and Bus Lane Enforcement\. • Provide community support with advice and assistance such as time, directions, location of car parks and parking charges and general assistance upon request\. Provide "city intelligence" to the Council highlighting potential areas of concern\. This will be a five \(5\) year contract with extension option available of two periods of 12 months for a total of two \(2\) years\. The extension option will be reviewed by the Council and the Provider at the end of year four \(4\) of the contract\. The Council issues approximately 25,000 Penalty Charge Notices \(PCN's\) each year, for on and off-street parking contraventions\. In addition, the Council undertakes Bus Lane and Gate enforcement issuing approximately 45,000 PCN's each year\.
