Council Tax Support Scheme Modelling

Policy in Practice will assist in the design of CTS schemes which will meet Council objectives, taking into account local cost restraints and social objectives. They will use the Council's Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support data to model the impact of 3 schemes. They will provide a detailed cumulative impact report as well as a breakdown of scheme impact on various sub-sets of the population. Modelling will take into account the cumulative impact of all current and future government policy changes.
