Work description
Design work on Speke Hall Road between Hillfoot Avenue and Speke Boulevard as part of the Key Route Network (KRN) programme. This includes carriageway resurfacing, traffic signal upgrades, replacement of kerbs and upgrade of footway, pedestrian crossing points with improved accessibility and highway drainage.
