## Description

Phase 1 of the Village Halls Energy Project requires site visits to the 40 participating halls located across the district of Rother, with the creation of a bespoke Carbon Net Zero plan for each venue\. Additional associated works may be required to finalise each plan, such as detailed surveys and specifications, on instruction of the Lead Officer\. Proposed timescales are for an inception meeting in the week commencing 2nd January 2023, with all Net Zero Plans finalised by 30th April 2023\.
