## Description

As part of Amber Valley Borough Councils \(AVBC\) aim to regenerate its Towns , it intends to refurbish the existing shop unit within the vacant building -formerly used as offices -known as Market House \(located at the junction of Market Place & Church Street Ripley\)- \. The Council also intends to -at a later stage - to convert/refurbish the rest of the building into self contained flats , an additional retail unit and or into office accommodation \. The shop refurbishment contract will be let under the terms of the JCT Minor Works 2016 \. Please apply directly to the buyer using the contact details provided\.
