Care Package: Care and Accommodation for an Adult with Learning Disabilities, Complex and Challeging Behaviours

Description

To develop a robust and effective bespoke supported accommodation service for a 47 year old female with a history of severe challenging behaviour and mild learning disabilities preferably within the Knowsley borough. It is intended to establish a contract for a period of one year, with the option of one extension, of up to twelve months, subject to satisfactory outcomes of reviews and the availability of funding.
