The overarching aim is to provide a thorough and independent evaluation of the share schemes, Company Share Option Plan \(CSOP\), Save As You Earn \(SAYE\) and Share Incentive Plan \(SIP\), including their effect on employment and business growth\. The Enterprise Management Incentive \(EMI\) is out of scope for this evaluation\.
