## Description

Platform have been successful in securing 138no plot all affordable development located at Flowserve, Newark\. The scheme will be delivered as a land and build package deal using a bespoke development agreement\. The land and build will be delivered by Lovell \(East Midlands Region\) The construction method shall be traditional construction\.
