AT1214 Asbestos Surveys and Consultancy

This tender document is for programmed and adhoc asbestos surveys of Luton Borough Councils residential properties including communal areas\r Luton Borough Council have a housing stock of approximately 8000 units\r The Contract will also include surveys to corporate buildings such as offices and community centres\r To date approximately 6000 surveys have been undertaken leaving approximately 2000 to be picked up in this Contract\r The council are looking for one sole supplier for this contract \r Contractors to include provisions for carrying out sample testing reporting hosting an online asbestos portal with unlimited user access and supplying of data for Councils own database\r
