## Description

The University required a partner to undertake an initial piece of work to carry out customer research to find out what our stakeholders needed from a CRM system\. Further work will revolve around consultancy for design for the new defined requirements\. This contract will allow for additional assignments to be added up to a capped value of £250000 at fixed T&M costs should the University determine further work is required\.
