## Description

University of Gloucestershire \('The Employer'\) has the requirement for an economical operator \('The Supplier'\) with relevant capacity, capability and experience to provide a fully managed catering service\. The opportunity is split into two lots: • Lot 1 is the scope of the current catering contract namely the existing Cheltenham sites plus the Oxstalls campus\. • Lot 2 is the new City Campus Café The University may appoint a single supplier per lot or one supplier for both lots\. The high-level outputs for this service include, but may not be limited to: • Catering management expertise • Refectory meal/refreshment services for staff/students/visitors • Coffee shop services • Hospitality catering • Out of hours service provision The Employer currently has approximately 9,000 students and 1,000 staff\. This is a restricted procurement process and suppliers wishing to be considered for shortlisting for the opportunity to tender need to complete and submit the Standard Selection Questionnaire \(Document 2 in the tender pack\) by 2\.30pm on Monday 19/12/2022\.
