## Description

To provide a fully inclusive maintenance service for the city wide alarm \(cwa\) equipment installed in 30 sheltered housing schemes\. See appendix 1 for further details\. The cwa maintenance service is to include for all material and labour elements of work \(for all work deemed as normal wear and tear to equipment\)\. See appendix 2 for further detail on cwa equipment\. The cwa maintenance service is to be provided 24hrs a day, 365 days of the year\.
