Sunderland City Council is seeking to award a sole supplier framework to provide both Election and Electoral Registration Printing\. The scope of the Framework will include the print and mailing/delivery of Election Materials that includes: Poll Cards, Postal Ballot Packs, Ballot Papers, Canvass Documents, Household Notification Letters and Postal Vote Application Letters
