Multidisciplinary Panel - Queenborough and Rushenden Mill Site Preparation Works

The Homes & Communities (HCA) have recently acquired the Former Steel Rolling Mill Site and Thompsett Way sites that total approximately 5 ha and formed part of a steel rolling mill with the majority of the associated structures having been demolished in 2015. This marks the final key acquisition in the Queenborough & Rushenden area intended for the development of housing, with the Mill Site currently unoccupied and in a semi-derelict state.

This appointment is intended to prepare the existing Mill Site for disposal to the market. To achieve this the Consultancy Project Brief is split into three parts.

Part1 - Pre-Planning Works & Planning Submission

Part 2 - Demolition, Site Clearance, Ground Improvement and Remediation Contract Design and Administration

Part 3 - Land Raising Contract Administration
