Mental Health Accommodation Pathway

Description

The Council is seeking to award the contract for the provision of Mental Health Accommodation based support and Floating support services for People with Mental Health Conditions under a single contract to create a "Mental Health Accommodation Pathway (MHAP)". The main objective is to provide short to medium term, focused rehabilitation support to adults with complex mental health conditions. Support will range from low to high levels of need and will be delivered, within the borough, via Accommodation based services and directly to individuals in their own homes via floating support arrangements.
