## Description

Doncaster CCG is looking to appoint a single provider for the delivery of an effective and efficient service in relation to management of Previously Unassessed Periods of Care \(PUPOC\)\. Doncaster CCG hosts the PUPOC service in a collaborative service in a collaborative arrangement for 11 additional CCGs\. The service must be completed in line with National requirements by the end of March 2017\.
