Provision of an Enforcement Agent Service (Penalty Charge Notices)

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council ("RMBC") has awarded a framework agreement for Enforcement and Debt Collection Services following an open tender procedure ref: 2016/5 - 202-365931 http://ted.europa.eu/TED/notice/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:365931-2016:TEXT:EN:HTML

The framework allows for all types of debt collection services including, Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Business Rates (NNDR), Parking referrals, Sundry Debt etc.

Blackpool Council is undertaking a mini competition from the above mentioned framework to appoint an Enforcement Agent Service for the collection of revenues and associated penalties arising from unpaid Penalty Charge Notices issued under the Road Traffic Act 1991 (as amended) and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
