The Council wishes to procure a building contractor to carry out enabling works prior to the design and construction of a one and two storey extension, plus associated demolition, alteration and refurbishment works to the existing building and site, to the site known as The Pioneer Academy, Stewart Fleming Primary School, Witham Road, Anerley, London, SE20 7YB\.
