## Description

The Council is seeking professional services to undertake more detailed financial viability and sensitivity modelling, to prepare an options appraisal to include financing / funding options, to carry out a detailed risk analysis, to review governance arrangements, to work with officers to produce proposed eligibility criteria and lettings / rental policies, and to explore and incorporate options for retrofit of the stock acquired\.
