Undertake feasibility study to support the effective adoption and implementation of emerging technologies already captured in the asphalt roadmap, such as bio-binders, optimised reclaimed asphalt (RA) content, improved durability and next evolution of lower temperature asphalts, for asphalt surface courses, which remains the main driver for RIS3 and onwards pavement-related expenditure within Operations.
