GB-Colchester: Repairs to Bell Tower

The works consist of conservation works to preserve the historic fabric. Works will include, partial repointing, stonework repairs and replacements, structural repairs, reconsolidation works, redecoration, and specialist repairs to the clock faces and to the upper levels of Colchester Town Hall Bell Tower (Please note this list is not exhaustive).

The Town Hall is a Grade I listed building of historical importance.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

Expressions of Interest must be received by 9th March 2016 and the closing date for actual tender submissions is 12:00 (noon) on Friday 11th March 2016. Tenders must be returned in both electronic (via the BiP Delta Portal) and hard copy as per the tender instructions.
