## Description

North Yorkshire Council have a stock of 5 Leisure Centres, these are in Stokesley, Knaresborough, Harrogate, Northallerton and Bedale\. Each Leisure Centre has an industrial Air Source Heat Pump\. The Authority requires a 5 Year Planned Preventative Maintenance \(PPM\) Contract\. The Aim of this contract is to keep our equipment in optimal condition; ensure the provision of chilled water as required\. Ensure any issues are identified and resolved quickly before any damage or failure occurs, reducing any unplanned downtime\.
