GB-York: Principle Contractor for Neville Hill Train Care Depot WOSA Phase 1 Re-modelling Works

Northern Trains Limited are inviting tender submissions for a Principal Contractor for the required refurbishment and enhancements to complete the re-modelled ground floor area to provide a new female locker room and new female shower facilities, and to provide a training room, kitchen, and breakout area on the 1st floor at Neville Hill Train Care Depot in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
