## Description

London Legacy Development Corporation \(LLDC\) is seeking to appoint an Economic Impact Assessment consultant to support, undertake and advise on the economic impact assessment \(EIA\) for the development options for 3 Mills in East London\. The consultant will provide an EIA in line with the latest HMT Treasury Green Book guidance using accepted methodologies and assumptions to attribute economic values to the projected options’ outcomes\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
