Chartered Surveyors - LB Bromley Statutory Property Asset Valuations

The London Borough of Bromley (the 'Council') is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified firm of Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers on a 5-year contract to undertake their statutory asset valuations for the financial years 2022 - 2027. This is required to ensure that the value of the property assets of the Council are properly represented in their financial accounts in accordance with relevant RICS, CIPFA and IFRS standards.
